Organizations trust SecureData 365 to protect their systems and the sensitive data within them because we’ve proven to deliver at levels that even the strictest regulations require. With clients in highly regulated industries including healthcare and finance, our commitment to a secure facility is steadfast. Steps we’ve taken start with our onsite staffing at 24/7, 365 days a year and carry through to the requirements to enter the building, requiring photo IDs, key cards, and employing biometric scanners to control access.
For the past two years SecureData 365 has passed an audit of its systems, processes, and facilities of its Canton data center facilities to achieve SSAE 16 status.
Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements No. 16 (SSAE 16) is considered the “gold standard” for data centers. Instituted by the Auditing Standards Board of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) in January 2010, SSAE 16 was drafted with the intention and purpose of updating the US service organization reporting standard so that it mirrors and complies with the new international service organization reporting standard.
